Idea Management and Design, that sounds close to what I know as Personal Knowledge Management (PKM). Harold Jarche has many models and forms of making sense of information and learning with his Seek-Sense-Share framework. Group knowledge I think can be a problem. ideas, group knowledge has the power to create sameness.

There’s a lot of information coming at us. It’s more important than ever to learn how to manage all this information. It’s not possible to read everything you run across, so it’s important to learn how to manage information in a meaningful way. Sometimes it really does feel like this. Am I alone there?

is a lot of information, then you add showing it to them into the mix and it has now become overwhelming and tiresome. Sometimes frameworks can be useful but only if you have a great knowledge of the requirements in the first place. Telling someone how to do something (or even about it!) Are Frameworks Useful? Do I use any frameworks?

Their best interest is to impart their knowledge to others overwhelming as it may be to somebody new to the topic. Subject Matter Expert – Knows all the information you need to make it a success. The SME is close to the content, they want people to know everything they do, and their job is extremely important to them.

It’s easy to learn something new and have it melt into my mind quickly becoming part of the knowledge that’s already there. Giving a place to reflect, learn, share what’s learned with the ability to retrieve the information later. I need to start thinking about and sharing when I’m learning something new.
