I was pointed to the article in CLO Magazine: Tools for On-Demand Information by Donald Clark. Does anyone really believe that an LMS is a good way to support "on-demand information?" First, none of the panelists seemed to focused on finding ways to support informal learning in the organization. Clearly, each of the CLOs saw themselves primarily as providers of formal learning solutions.
