Teachers have been telling me that pupils may happily cite information from the website of McDonalds when asked about healthy food.The skill involved is how to know what is real and what is fake? Wikipedia is ofcourse a nice example of online collaboration too.

You have a program of briefings by all departments which pour a lot of information on you. This means that clients are increasingly asking for it. This would help only if the face contains relevant information, for example due to facial expressions. I think this is something to keep in mind, for example, more experienced learners can handle more superfluous information. Provide a clear message, visualize where possible. Avoid duplicating the same information.
