MATRIX is the corporate version, NEO is EdTech, Indie is for training providers. I love the Bongo deep integration with the system. They are fully integrated within MS Teams – and wait, is far better than Microsoft’s Viva Learning that is built within MS Teams. Far more than the book they provide.

Some vendors go deep integration with GO1 or Open Sesame or just an integration with either, because they have an extensive amount of publishers. A vendor who totally provides cohort-based learning must have all the components, it may not be great, but it may suffice. I will add that there will be vendors that go deep integration to say a solution like MentorCloud, because it can really take mentoring to a whole new level, includes learning pods, and just goes full throttle.

Remember an integration is far different than deep integration. Integration just means a link connected, deep means that you can take content/etc within Teams, never have to leave it, and all the data gets pushed back into the learning system (this is what you want).
