I am new

publishing HTML5 projects and currently experiencing the following issue.

After clicking ‘publish’ for my project the system make me aware of some objects will not play in HTML5, then I decide to proceed, getting this pop up window,   “Error could not copy folder to C:usersjairodesktopFueling Procedures For CAL staffassets”

elearning output has been disabled , because I do not want it and I already tried deselecting ‘scalable HTML content’ as well. Same problem.

Could anyone share some light on this?

Lieve, sorry I need to rectify my answer. When previewed in HTML some of the slides do not play correctly. Captivate warn me about it before previewing it. But other than that, projects plays ok. I still believe, there is something beyond this issue.

You have first to try to take out those problems which you see in Preview HTML in Browser. What type of issues,

Lieve, when I run captivate I do it as an administrator.

When preview it in HTML looks fine, however my problem still exist.

Any other ideas you may have?

Is the path to which you publish really on your system? You are not using a roaming profile?

If you are on Windows, do you run Captivate with the setting ‘Run as Administrator’? Can you check the paths in Preferences,  General settings: they have to point to folders on your system, never on a networked or external drive. Same for the installation of Captivate.

If this is a non-responsive project, how does the project look with Preview HTML in Browser (F11)?
