The outcome is that the learner becomes the leader of their own multi-modal experience, while the instructor assumes a supporting role. Create “how-to” webcasts or videos, using programs like Camtasia or Jing and upload them to YouTube. Integrate in-class surveys with real-time feedback, for example, using Google Forms.

You might even recognize his voice from the Jing Project tutorials. I had hoped that with a new role I would be able to dedicate more time to making the Forge even more awesome, but sort of the opposite happened. I’ve been asked a few times what was happening with the Forge.
