This week Steve Jobs has resigned as CEO of Apple. Then Apple bought Next and Jobs returned to Apple, saving it from bankruptcy and reforming it into one of the most valuable companies in the world. Steve Jobs is a brilliant presenter. I consider myself an innovator and again Steve Jobs is an example.

Shocking outcomes from ATD research on Instructional design

66% – Structured on the job training. Number 2 is lack of skills and competencies (40%), a shocking 40% believes that the are not able to do their job in a proper way! This means that 62% believes that they are not doing a good job. 77% – Assessments. 70% – LMS. 70% – Blended learning.
