However, we often found out, who hated the food (if it was provided), the temp of the room (common complaint), how the person was dressed (I once saw a complaint over the tie of the trainer) and how was the trainer. Absolutely, but you the person overseeing the e-learning, had to take the data, and do it yourself. Informal was there.
