WBT (Web-Based Training). There were LMS vendors certified by AICC, but the majority were not, and yes, some said they were, then you go to the AICC web site and see that they are not. Learn.com – They came a bit later, but there is a good story, and yes, they still exist. Learn.com started out as an LMS.
