Really Cool "3-Minute e-Learning" on Social Networking - Wiki, Social Networking, Social Bookmarking, RSS

I find the snippets from Commoncraft very illustrative of the "3-Minute e-Learning" application points. The topics on Social Networking and Learning 2.0 are good resources on the basics. They are short and wacky but effective. I am sure it is low budgeted as well.
