Publishing a Software Simulation as One Project

I am wondering if someone can help me.

I would like to record a software simulation to include the demo, training and assessment. At present this creates the three captivate files.

Ideally I would like to include a title slide, and introductory slide and a menu slide which can navigate to the different elements of the software simulation

Does anyone know how I can combine all the above into one Captivate project which I can combine and upload as one SCORM file to the LMS?

At the moment I can only seem to publish the files separately creating 3 files to upload to an LMS. If this is the only way to do this, how so people present software simulations in an LMS, especially if you have quite a large system you are trying to train people in which could require quite a few different simulations to cover each learning objective you would like covered

You’re welcome, this is really not so hard, hence I mostly train with that use case o the first day of a basic training to get familiar with Captivate’s UI and especially the Timeline.

What you are asking for is what I usually do in the first day of a Captivate training: I capture a software sim in 3 modes. Then we create a ‘dashboard’ slide, having shape buttons to navigate to the three possible sims, copy/paste the slides of two of the sims to the third one and set up the navigation. Mostly I give also a PSD-file (Photoshop) to import with graphics for the three chapters, and we indicate in a ‘footer’ which chapter is going on. When having viewed the three sims, a pleasant effect appears on the dashboard slide.

So essentially you have to:

Get all slides in one file using copy/paste slides between the filmstrips
Set up the dashboard (menu) slide to navigate to the three parts. In the last slide of each part you need a back button to the menu slide.
Use the Visited state of the buttons on the menu slide to give an indicator that a part has been visited would be a nice add-on.

One warning:  I hope the simulations are not too long.
