As part two of our series celebrating our clients recent wins, we’re sharing insight our customers included in Craig Weiss’s “Top Learning Systems for 2018.”

Craig is the CEO and Lead Analyst for the Craig Weiss Group, LLC, and he has been named The Most Influential Person in the eLearning and LMS space countless times. Craig’s E-Learning 24/7 blog is read by eLearning professionals around the world to help inform their technology purchasing decisions.

Craig’s “Top Learning Systems for 2018” lists the top 50 learning systems by rank. The full list can be found via his downloadable mini-report, while the top 25 are detailed within 3 separate blog posts (#25 through #16, #15 through #11, and #10 through #1). This is the full criteria Craig uses to build this list. We’re going to highlight just those customers who appeared in the top 25… and here they are:

#17 MindTickle!

MindTickle! is a Sales Enablement platform that is integrated with SCORM Engine. MindTickle! is a great example a non-traditional learning platform that still benefits from eLearning standards support.

#14 Degreed

Degreed is a leader in the Learning Experience Platform space, allowing for content to be pulled into the Degreed platform from multiple sources. Degreed has an integration with SCORM Cloud, which enables their customers to include SCORM and xAPI content right along side content from Lynda.com, YouTube, and many other third-party content services.

#13 Blackboard Corporate

Blackboard has been a long time SCORM Engine customer, using Engine to handle the details around playing and tracking SCORM, AICC and xAPI content in the Learn application.

#9 SumTotal

SumTotal is a major player in the LMS space. The platform has an integration with SCORM Engine, which includes xAPI and Learning Record Store (LRS) support. Their Engine integration enables their users to import, launch and track xAPI and cmi5 compliant eLearning content, as well as connect third-party xAPI Learning Record Providers to the LRS.

#4 Unicorn LMS

Unicorn’s SkillServe LMS (now Unicorn LMS) is a growing SaaS based learning platform. They integrated SCORM Engine to allow clients to import, launch and track standards based eLearning content and support xAPI. Unicorn also integrates our SCORM Driver Cross Domain solution in their ContentServe application in order to deliver their content to clients on a third-party platform while maintaining control of their assets.

#2 Litmos

Litmos is a leading SaaS based LMS, and were an early adopter of the Experience API and a Learning Record Store (LRS). They were the first LMS to integrate with with our LRS. Recently, they have also adopted our mobile/offline SDKs, enabling their mobile applications to run and track SCORM content offline, then sync data back to the LMS when the Internet connection resumes.

#1 eLogic

eLogic and Rustici Software have worked together for many years. We’ve enjoyed watching their LMS platform evolve and have helped their team offset the burden of managing the eLearning standards support within the eSSEntial LMS. Our SCORM Engine solution helps eLogic support SCORM, AICC, xAPI and PENS within the LMS and includes support for offline SCORM support in their mobile app.

Andy joined our team to evangelize xAPI. Now he talks to people about all of the eLearning standards all day because he is considered a “salesperson.” He’s also our office jokester – he’s a punny guy.
