A bad question

First, the question asks “What kind of learning do you prefer?” We should design for the learning outcomes. Then, there’s the list of elements: Video-based learning. Article-based learning. What do they mean by ‘video-based learning’? Is it really ‘learning’ then?

Don’t just do!

At least, if you want to continue to learn (and you should; let’s not talk about the alternative, but either you’re growing, or, well, you’re not). People say they want to learn and they want to get recognition. First, of course, is taking advantage of opportunities to learn. That’s all good.
