SharePoint is so flexible and the documentation for it is so big and diverse, that a big part of my goals have been to understand the different ways that training organizations are using SharePoint. We will especially see a rapid growth in the use of wikis for content presentation. At the same time, organizations who try to create big eLearning 2.0 Strategies will move much slower than organizations who adopt easy to use tools and make tactical use of these tools. They also fit into a wiki page.

This could be: SharePoint, Yammer, Confluence, etc. I agree with John that rolling out an empty Wiki or other enterprise 2.0 If an organization has SharePoint and InGenius, my preference would be that social interaction occurs in SharePoint. InGenius should integrate into SharePoint.
