In my opinion it's a flexible term that boils down to scaffolding a lesson so that learners construct their own solutions through the development of projects rather than being told what the solution is through formal instruction. Once you have polished your driving question you are well on your way to a quality project based lesson.

After getting some comments with tips and doing a little more research, I have come up with a decent lesson plan for the introductory session of the course. Keep in mind that this is just an introductory session and the majority of the course is a project based lesson involving participants completing a project on their own.

I look forward to applying this lesson in my next performance analysis. This "Brain Based Learning" approach highlights the importance of experiencing the performance first hand. Without completing the performance yourself it can be very difficult to understand what mental cues assist in executing the task at hand.

I recently learned a valuable lesson after implementing an eLearning course on Moodle where quiz scores did not save. Oops, where are the scores! It's not a great feeling when someone put's out the effort to complete a course but you have no record of their completion.

This isn't ideal for me because I try to avoid quizzes and usually use other graded activities in courses such as Moodle lessons and SCORM modules developed with Adobe Captivate, but none of these activities are recognized by MOOMIS. All MOOMIS needs to do to overcome this problem is to award CPD's based off of the courses total score.
