Second Life Happenings: CEO Steps Down (again)

Yesterday, Philip Linden (AKA: Philip Rosedale ) stepped down as CEO of Linden Labs (yes again). Bob will lead Linden Lab while we conduct the search. He said many longtime Second Life users are angry at the recent decisions by the company that runs the service, Linden Lab. He has done this before and then come back.

I *really* like their diagramming tool (where do you think I come up with all those graphics?). On the other hand, I had lunch the other day with Joe Miller, who is the VP of Tech for Linden Labs. First, the good news: OmniGroup has announced that they’ll be porting OmniGraffle (and their other apps) to the iPad.

Second Life.Its Synchronous

Although Linden Labs disputs that finding. Second Life is a Synchronous tool which means, you need more than one person to make it work. Then the Yankee group made a statement that the average person in Second Life only spends 12 minutes a month in world.
