What often happens when systems become very complex is that they begin to get replaced by simpler systems. But that's not really what's going to replace the LMS.

These discussions center on what requirements should go into an LMS RFP and more broadly how the LMS should really be integrated into the organization. Initially, the conversation was about having learning content appear on the enterprise portal. My gut says these tools are going to be separate from the LMS, e.g., SharePoint.
