However, the more mature the worker, the less dependence on the LMS and the greater the need for social network solutions. Old pros don’t take classes.

Learning will be redefined as problem-solving, achieving fit with one’s environment and having the connections to deal with novel situations. We are shifting our focus from training to performance.
