They are moving towards a broader suite that focuses on other aspects of Talent Management. Oracle's ( Learning Management and PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management but less so it's iLearning ) and SAP Enterprise Learning score better than I would have expected. Update, Nov. But this only scratches the surface of what it means to integrate the Learning Management System (LMS) into the systems that people use day-to-day in an enterprise. It's certainly better than putting a static link to your LMS somewhere on the corporate portal / intranet. The interface is not really even the enterprise Portal.
