Vendors are adding more “comments&# and voting i.e. yes or no or thumbs up/thumbs down features. Social learning? Emerging Technology?

Mashups and APIs (again, some people in the social media space, see them as social media types). The days are gone, when everyone is going to use a LMS. Stick your feet into the water, just a bit.
