If I find the product interesting, I ask for more info, see a demo, ask for a separate meeting, etc. On the 12th of May, I will be writing my post review of ASTD2014 which will be more extensive than the daily Linkedin briefings, including my product of ASTD2014. My source tells me that this new version is in production as we speak. For folks who use their product, I was told by a salesperson that xAPI is not on their radar, nor is any type of on/off synch mobile app. . Considering that the rest of their product was live on various computers, I’m a little confused. No, it is not.

I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). Cornerstone OnDemand. And BTW, nearly every LMS can interface with Oracle products. SumTotal by Skillsoft. Matrix LMS.

Volatile - in that people change systems more than say some other e-learning products (ex: authoring tools, web conferencing products). They see themselves as awesome and everyone else as less than that, forgetting that not everyone stays stagnant and that it is human nature to see your product, offering, etc. Meridian Global.
