FEBRUARY 1, 2010 Highly Recommended on Enterprise 2.0: Meeting Jessica
Shared Microsoft OneNote notebooks. Microsoft SharePoint. When I speak at L&D industry events, one example I give of an organization that is effectively using Web 2.0 technologies -- what is more recently being called "Enterprise 2.0" " -- is the large biomedical and pharmaceutical company Pfizer. From what I've read and from talking with Pfizer employees, the company has incorporated into the daily workflow a range of Web 2.0 or more "social" tools, including: A large wiki, clled Pfizerpedia. Social networking profiles. Various blogs.

SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 MS Office Apps Embed - eLearning Possibilities?
create a folder and new notebook in OneNote which I remember being a pretty cool app a few years back. The distinctive I HATE YOU MICROSOFT feeling! I'd like to say that if one could ever figure out how to embed a microsoft office file into a blog or web site, that would be very cool. Apparently this feature was rolled out about 100 days ago. I'm just discovering it now from @trinarimmer via twitter and this article [link] from www.techflash.com. So this looks interesting to me and instead of just a bunch of links I thought I'd actually try it out. Cool so far.

And, I'm often adding screenshots all over - I'm using them in my email, on Twitter, in a project plan in OneNote, as a title screen in a Camtasia Studio screencast and more. Throughout the day I'm working in a variety of programs. I'm guessing you do the same. You can save yourself some time and a few steps by using Snagit 'outputs'. ELEARNING CYCLOPS Keeping Up - April's Big Question
| FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 2010
April's Big Question from Learning Circuits is "How to Keep up?" This is in reference the immense and rapidly expanding technology tools. It is tough to stay on top of all the emerging tools. However, being involved in an e-learning community is a big help. For me it is a blog community and following many experts on Twitter. Not only am I often made aware of new tools, but also get opinions, tips, and examples of their use. You can never keep up with it all, but access to many experts who are also finding and sharing the lastest tech tools make it much less daunting. MORE >>

starts to look as if it could be a really useful package. So what is this all leading up to, go back to pen and paper, no. MORE >>
