At University of Iowa for 8 1/2 years in ID with specialty in performance and training. Ana did a collaborative ID project where they actually created a training module on how to do grant writing. This was a real training program for a client. Looking into training and instruction in Second Life.

Took a week to go through iPhone App training. 5 weeks of development time, 1 week of training time. Journey’s New Hire Training Allen Interactions (Scott Colehour) New hire training dilemma for a younger generation -- (Journeys is a pre-teen/teen focused shoe store). The iPhone App – 5 folks working on this program.
