Twitter based support available M-F 8 a.m. Software simulation tool (Firefly) and Mzinga Publisher are extra, i.e. there is an additional cost – it is not automatically included in the OmniSocial product. You can do this either through ILinc directly or through Mzinga. Sadly, they don’t. Test Drive.

Rapid (Collaborative) Authoring Tools for developers/SMEs in multiple locations

After looking at the Authoring Tool KnowledgeBase I went to my LinkedIn and Twitter network. PRIMARY type of content is online courses, CBT, conversion of existing content, presentations (and not tests/assessment, games, simulation tools). Mzinga Publisher. Immediately heard back from two people. gotta love crowdsourcing ).

Twitter I'm still not sure what my Twitter Status will be. But still have doubts, such as those in Twitter Mass Follow - Nevermind. Simulations and games way down as well. Mzinga is going a different direction focusing on collaboration and social media capabilities. I use it a little bit. Was great at DevLearn.
