Product Review: Articulate Storyline

Granted it wasn’t as much fun as attending a Linkin Park concert, but nevertheless I had a smile on my face. Layers and Conditions – if you have experience with Photoshop or similar products that use layers, then your learning curve is less. Tutorials – but as you see below they really messed up on how to view them.

Product Review: Plateau TMS (Talent Management System)

One note: the front end may look different, depending on what module you select i.e. PCS, PL, PS or PP. While the UI on the front end has been overhauled, the same cannot be said for the Admin side. Kodak embraced them to a point, but kept their initial camera products. Another nice feature is the language change.

Mini Takeaways on several products. Best Product. There were a few video learning platforms there and one product I did like on the video course build side, more on that in a bit. Mobile – Sure vendors noted it, but it wasn’t a driver. How different you may inquire? Glad you asked.

Top 8 FREE Open Source LMSs

100% free but with limitations (and you cannot upgrade – some ATs actually do this – with the goal of you buying another of their products). Sakai has a large faithful following and when you gaze into this product you can see why. 100% free but with limited features (if you want those gone you pay for it).

I saw one list that had over three pages of key decision makers – you know the ones any vendor would droll over – walking the floor which led to. A lot of talks of showing product, discussing deals, scheduling future meetings. It was overwhelmingly vendors pitching product. Cool Product of the Show.

Customer Complaints, How to Avoid the Traps

.&# SCORM – Assuming they do not support SCORM 2004 3rd edition, thus all SCORM levels below it, you will find salespeople who have no idea on a) what it is, b) just say yes they do – even if their product does not. What products are they using? any E-Learning product. Providing reports on the products, etc.
