Clearly, it’s a marketing person just aggregating a list of things, without a true understanding. These are fairly rigorous criteria, whereas all too often I’ll see a list of things (e.g. things you should/never do for X ) that aren’t of the same type. I think it’s problematic, however.

The most important thing was that there were activities underway, and people were contributing in an open, constructive, non-personal way. There are other elements you want from SMEs, such as their personal interest. You then should prototype and test what you’ve developed and see if it actually changes the behavior in useful ways. Yet as humans, we’re affective (personality) and conative (motivation) as well. When I say AI doesn’t really understand, I mean more, however. It’s syntactically manipulating to generate semantics, but semantics is still largely cognitive. In short, we’re emotional (not purely rational ). Context matters.
