Still in existence Saba – Today? It was text, that’s it. And another day, for that story.

Workday clearly believes this, and the company is making major progress building its own internal LMS integrated into its platform. While I hate to say it, the end of the LMS as we know it is coming.

Top 50 LMS Report for 2016 – What you need to know (criteria, approach, and yeah some vendors)

I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). However, I will say this: I like what Saba is doing. The system still – equally as Saba – needs some work.

But if you can and you want to decide between CoD, SF, Saba or SumTotal. Offers the ability to have your own LMS on a separate server than everyone else. #2 Then you better have.

I found that of concern, especially when server crashes were constant. The content even with content publishers, beyond just aggregators sits on their servers and not say, the learning system. Cornerstone acquired Saba, and Clustree. Bigtincan (Sales Enablement Platform) acquired ClearSlide and Agnitio . Bottom Line.
