White Label For their existing customers, they should be able to point them to a system that looks just like their own site. In this case, it's limited, but I've run into situations where the plan was for 8 hours of self-paced online and then 1 day of online virtual classroom. And I want to charge for this. Branding of the system Most of our customers have wanted the system to be white-labeled (which means that the LMS carries no reference to the actual developer/vendor and is branded entirely as a system belonging to the company).
