  • Publish to PDF – requires SWF Output.  Is this likely to be updated to allow HMTL5

Theoretically there’s no reason these features couldn’t be added – HTML to PDF is a pretty common feature (your browser even has it). And publishing HTML/JS to EXE could/would likely be handled using ElectronJS library. In other words, there’s no reason they can’t do it. Hmmm….I bet a simple packager utility could be created to transform a Cp published html5 project to exe pretty easily using Electron.

Up till now I didn’t hear about any solution for this problem: pdf output needs indeed the Flash Player plugin. I am not very optimistic, and have not used pdf output anymore since the EOL of Flash Player was announced. Not a pleasant answer, I know Similar question for exe output which is also SWF based.
