LectureScribe outputs to Flash (SWF) so that means you can easily add it to a web site or insert it into your own elearning course. The cool thing is that if you were a teacher, you could take all of those SWF files from the students and then bring them into your rapid elearning course as a portfolio.

I recently created a course which I wanted to showcase in my portfolio. In doing this, I decided my best option was to post this work onto Amazon AWS S3 and then link it directly to my website. However, I ran into a few issues with this decision.

The Adobe eLearning Suite integrates Adobe Captivate and Adobe Acrobat Pro to help you create a PDF portfolio containing your Captivate movies, complete with rich navigation. In the published folder, you will now get a PDF file which contains the embedded Captivate SWF. Click the Combine task button and choose Assemble PDF Portfolio.

It has long been known that we can add Flash video and interactive swf content into Captivate, but doing so is not as simple as we would like, and there is no easy way to communicate data between the imported content and the host Captivate movie. Second, Adobe has introduced Widgets to Captivate 4.
