A late-in-the-game SME review can cause changes in the PPT file that ripples down through the audio and graphics that have been created.

If you’re an expert in your domain, both knowledgeable and confident of the subject matter, you might think it unnecessary to prepare either a basic storyboard or a script. Take the time to write a script and prepare a storyboard. They can eliminate much of the “tell” (endless PPT slides with bulleted lists, anyone?)

It is easiest to make changes when the project is still in the storyboard phase. Every time i make PPT presenations I get confused what colors.
