To import the PPT, click File > New Project > Project from MS PowerPoint. In the Publish dialog, select the SWF/HTML5 tab (top left). Then set the output format to HTML5 (you can turn off SWF.) If you are on a Mac, you’ll find your installed version of Captivate under Applications. Publish the project.

I actually prefer not reading screen after screen of text…unless it’s my blog:) However, in the case of something like the remittance example above, if the SME gave me a PPT file, I could create the output in 45 seconds and have what you see on the screen. Were slides 4 and 5 developed only using PPT? October 23rd, 2007.

Publish – Publish as a Single SWF, Publish as a video, Publish as a video on a mobile device, One click share to Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube or Snap! Great question and no answer.
