One where you drive, one where you watch what the audience sees. I’ve never seen this, but it’s an interesting idea. Like a monitor speaker for music performance.

To get it in Flash Video Format / FLV - you can use the little tool provided by TechCrunch. Vixy allows conversion to other formats (AVI, WMV, Quicktime). Zamzar appears to offer a lot of options to convert from various sites to various formats. But I've had more issues with getting it to work.
