Federal agencies are utilizing cloud computing and now have an app store, Apps.gov , which provides federal agencies and their staff with cloud computing applications. Here is the video Apps.gov provides as an introduction to cloud computing. This includes business apps, productivity apps, social media apps, and cloud IT services.

Granted, many authoring tools provide a great deal of ease when adding content, navigation and quizzes, but the interactions they include within these tools are limited. Of course any sims developed in Captivate (also SWF files) can easily be included, or launched from, a course developed with Flash.

Keeping these in a separate folder and launched as individual SWFs will also help keep the file size and load time down. Articulate - Presenter and Quizmaker are providing the assessment and an ease of packaging it as a SCORM compliant course. What I like is the ease of developing an assessment in Quizmaker.
