Quiz – Total Score at the end

Hi

I’ve created a quiz at the end of the module, but when I’ve ran the review the final scoring slide doesn’t provide a summary of my score and indicates a zero score.  In the quiz preferences, I’ve set it up to achieve 80% pass mark, 3 attempts try if fail, but not sure why it is not calculating the score correctly.

Have I missed a setting option or do I need to create the quiz in a separate presentation and not include at the end of the module.

Could you find a solution? Did you check Advanced Interaction panel to see if the total score is the same as you expected? You may have some more, ignored, scored objects.

I don’t completely understand your question, probably due to terminology confusion. You talk about ‘Review’, but do you mean Preview? If yes, which Preview method did you use?

Can you check the Advanced Interaction panel (F11)? You’ll see the total score, and all scored objects including the quiz slides.

Did you delete embedded objects on the quiz or score slide? Read my quiz sequence of articles on this forum, if you are not acquainted with that term. It can lead to unsuspected results.

Thanks Lieve

I have managed to resolve the problem.  I should have selected a question slide not a knowledge slide

OK, KC slides by definition never are scored. I posted a full comparison between quiz and KC slides in this post:

New are the KC slides in interactive video and the quiz slides in VR projects.
