Should you be a regular reader of this blog, then you will no doubt have picked up that we have experienced a number of aspiring highs and avalanching lows in our attempts to deploy Scorm materials. In short it tracked attempts, timing and produced the correct score for a quiz.

Interestingly it seems that a lot of failures flagged up surrounding issues with the quiz module. On close investigation it became very apparent that where one system had the standard distribution of quiz options the other had three extra, which I have listed below. The issue arises because Moodle 1.9.x

Of course the answer is: make a Scorm package, o yeh. I remember my first attempt at Scorm with Moodle 1.3, some content pages followed by a multiple choice quiz that processed user entry using the cmi data model plus some JavaScript functions to talk to the LMS, it work fine!

As you will have read from previous recent postings, I have introduced Wimba Create as tool for converting Word files into Scorm packages, and these can include embedded webpages, media and short tests. To that end I have been working on a short feedback system based on a Moodle Quiz.
