My reference was in regards to social learning and not innovating – they follow the same ol same – Facebook like page, micro-blog, maybe a blog, wiki, rss feed, maybe YouTube links, chat room, discussion board, etc. What I said, was some LMS vendors are like mice on a wheel going round and round, stuck in a rut.
