Some people, including myself, had an e-mail with a bar code you could scan at the badge booth pick up. The map was difficult to see and I still don’t understand why they do not include geolocation with it. Bar code blues. Supposedly it was to speed up the process. I heard from plenty of people that the barcode didn’t work.

What is very cool is that after writing your notes, you scan the page using the app, and blast off they go to your favorite online drive site, such as Dropbox, Box, etc. . Before diving into the action, I’d love to recommend the Wave Rocketbook as a must for writing notes, etc. when I did with the seminars. . I went with Dropbox.

Find out what security measures are in place, there are solutions where the person has to show their license or it is fingerprint scan or equal measure. Online proctoring doesn’t mean there is someone watching these folks, so always find out. The issue today is privacy, and do I want to have someone capture my license information?
