Here are some ideas - SCORM Test Suite One of the best things about SCORM (ADL's Sharable Content Reference Model) is that it is pretty easy to test and diagnose problems. There is another called SCORM Test Tracker.

Major CMS Vendor Adds LMS/SCORM Capabilities

They've added tracking and SCORM to their CMS solution. and the possibility that we could soon be seeing something that looks more like a Wiki+Tracking capability, I just saw the news: Vignette Provides Online, On-Demand Training For Customers. So, maybe my previous comments about this being a couple years away may have been too conservative.

Blackboard has done well for us although I am not pleased with their support of the SCORM standards. I would like to be able to export SCORM test results by user/by question but all Blackboard seems to support is general pass/fail records. This brings up a bunch of initial thoughts. That's good. And not always the case.

Where does SCORM fit into the picture? Should we demand that our product support SCORM? In terms of SCORM, Almost always the answer is yes, authoring tools need to support it. But don't most tools support SCORM at this point?I Should we support Flash? Where does PowerPoint fit into the standards? Bill, I hear you.
