I guess if you’re doing a screencast with your computer and your microphone, you don’t need to schedule those, unless it’s a shared microphone and computer. Shooting wise we had to figure out how to shoot his portion in a single shot that will take the least amount of time. Much like people, props and equipment often require scheduling.
