You may have heard the news last week that Articulate launched a new screencasting tool called Screenr. It is a free web-based tool that lets you create screencasts without installing any software. You can even watch the screencasts back at HD-quality and they look great. Screenr gives you multiple ways to use your screencasts. It works with Twitter and the screencasts play as Flash on the web.
