There is No "PowerPoint"

This can be difficulty to explain to the SME that is eager to get hold of your elusive "slides." Some development tools use PowerPoint as an initial interface, but it is in combination with eLearning development applications. An example I have is Articulate Studio.

Beyond a 5 inch screen and I will let them slide on the semantics. A 5 inch screen and they are calling it a tablet? It may be a stretch, but Dell is talking about scaling it up and offering larger versions.

Looking for THE SCORM Resource?

These include SCORM documentation , past webinar slides , and content examples , including the files from a Flash example. Department of Defense and are the producers of SCORM. At the conclusion of the webinar they gave a tour of some of the available resources on their site. They also provide a test suite.
