My organization deployed a “expert locator” and “social networking” system in order to help employees quickly find and leverage in-house expertise but these systems provide a half baked solution.  Social media such as blogs and wikis will help us to identify the established and emerging experts and to go beyond the “usual suspects.”.

Social Networking: Social Networking is increasingly prevalent in children's lives. Tween's playing a video game. Most of them do on a regular basis. In 2010, when M2 Research asked a similar question, they found 91 percent of boys and 93 percent of girls aged 8-11 are playing games online on a regular basis. That's a big increase.
