BTW, if you''d like to talk about Socialtext/Peoplefluent''s offerings, I''d be happy to ;-)). Find out how far your company needs to go to become social - it''s not about technology. .' I talk to folks all the time though who think that the all you have to do is buy and deploy a social platform and poof! you''re a social business.

This is in reference the immense and rapidly expanding technology tools. April's Big Question from Learning Circuits is "How to Keep up?" It is tough to stay on top of all the emerging tools. However, being involved in an e-learning community is a big help. For me it is a blog community and following many experts on Twitter.

No, that’s not quite it because that brings us into discussions in which people tell us that it’s not about the technology. Have that discussion on Yammer or Socialtext or other similar, free software that allows people to talk to each other. Today it’s about using social media in our training, right? We are getting closer.
