I cannot get the red box that outlines the recording window to line up with the actual window I am recording. I only see the top left of the window and the red box is in the view when I Preview the video.

If you are using Windows, can you check the Display Percentage is the display set up, please? For recording it needs to be set to 100%. You can also change the dpiawareness to 1 in the ini file.
