Google aps, dropbox, facebook, Flikr are all cloud based solutions. I was on my way to the second keynote of the day, when I passed the Technology Solution stage, which is hosted by Joe Ganci this year. In a survey they found that only 16% of the respondents was able to give a somewhat correct definition of the cloud.

Tomorrow is the start of the Learning Solution conference, but for me it started today. The Ipad/Iphone app is now available and that is a great way to start the conference. You can easily browse through all the session, see the presentations and add them to your schedule with one click.

Next week I will be attending the Learning Solutions conference and the co-located Learning Performance Ecosystem conference. But Learning Solutions has a great track record for great keynotes, so I do hope that they will surprise and inspire me. Learning solutions conference March 25 -27, Orlando. I do not know any of them.

What did I learn the last few days at the guild conference? Learning is about people and not about tools. Sometimes we forget this, especially someone like me who works with a tool vendor. But of course it’s true, tools are the means and not the goal. But there is more than just that statement.
