A skype connection fails, a bad sound etc. The funny thing is that the technical tasks are hence only one aspect of online facilitation, while it receives a lot more attention. The explanation in the video sounds convincing for the case of remembering words- learning a list of words does not work better through audio for auditory people or by images for visually-oriented people.
