I tried LectureScribe - a free tool to create a "whiteboard" effect Flash animation with sound. It works great with my new tablet laptop - I drew a concept while describing it. LectureScribe outputs to Flash ( SWF ) so that means you can easily add it to a web site or insert it into your own e-Learning course.
