  • Assists in the development and evaluation of online courses according to established guidelines and specifications
  • Creates curated media, including print, digital, audio, video and animation
  • Provides a range of training and support services
  • Evaluates, selects, implements and maintains new tools and methodologies to support online teaching and learning
  • Maintains comprehensive records
  • Achieves annual, measurable individual improvement goals of acquiring or refining skills and/or obtaining increased knowledge in job-related areas
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly developed analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Technologically savvy and creative
  • Proficient in learning management systems, including Canvas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
  • Strong professional integrity and independent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to achieve effective outcomes; build credibility and trust; and ensure exceptional service to all stakeholders
