The right stuff

I’m a Science grad, so statistical method is in my blood, but most L&D pro’s are not. Which means they don’t have a grounding in statistics, so concepts such as regression and analysis of variance are alien and intimidating. We don’t know how to do it.

Friends of my blog will already know that my undergraduate degree was in science, and although I graduated a thousand years ago, it forever equipped me with a lens through which I see the world. But it is through this same lens that I also see the limitations of research.

How social are our intranets?
